My favorite feature is the case studies, which accompany every area of the roadmap.  They can help to transcend experience by providing practical examples in many different industries, and they are well done and very detailed.  The Roadmap is also a favorite feature for its thoroughness in detailing the important areas and asking the important questions.  It enables practitioners to easily pick and choose from a menu the important overall tasks for the project at hand, and to drill down from there.
