Leveraging “Out of the Box” Project Management Methodologies

May 29th, 2009 · 1 Comment

Using is a great way to improve project performance rapidly.  In addition, implementing proven project management methodologies and processes can also improve performance and deliver better results.  Here is a look at a couple of low cost possibilities that project managers can deploy rapidly.

MPMM (Method123 Project Management Methodology)
MPMM provides a a proven Project Management Methodology and Process. MPMM provides an entire Project Management Methodology for Project Managers. Every phase, activity and task within the Project Life cycle is described in depth, helping you to deliver projects faster and more efficiently than before. If you’re a Project Manager, Consultant, Trainer or Student, you can use this methodology to improve your project management success.

In addition, the MPMM methodologies and processes are embedded in the Method123 templates.  This is a complete set of templates that I have used many times over thepast couple of years, and the results have been great, as project organization has been raised easily a couple of levels – and eyebrows have also been raised! The team has clearly been on the same page, and all eyes have been opened to the critical success factors.
