Maintaining a Flexible Approach on your Projects

October 8th, 2007 · No Comments

I saw an excellent post on "Flexible Project Management".  Check it out for more detail, but my 2 takeaways are: 1. Carry out at the beginning of the project - but revisit it frequently as part of your risk management plan.  By doing so you are acknowledging the fact that things will change, and you will set the tone to be more alert for it. 2. Develop working relationships with the project stakeholders.  Stakeholder desires also change over the course of the project - predictably.  Having an ongoing relationships with stakeholders is a great risk management technique. ____________________________ John Reiling, PMP Project Management Training Online Lean Six Sigma Training Online
